Pairing Issues

Problem: VCA Controller cannot connect to VCA Host.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The Host and Controller are not on the same local area network.

  • The Host is not properly started or running.

  • The scanned QR code or entered pairing code is incorrect.

  • Firewall blocks the connection.

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure the Host and Controller are on the same local area network.

  2. Make sure the Host has been started and is running correctly.

  3. Check if the scanned QR code or entered pairing code is correct.

  4. Try disabling the firewall and try again.

  5. Restart the Host and Controller devices and try again.
