Problem: VCA Host installation failed.

• Possible Reasons:

• Solutions:

  2. Download the VCA Host installation package again.

  3. Check if the necessary video conferencing platform Rooms version programs have been installed.

  4. Restart the computer and try the installation again.

Problem: VCA Controller installation failed.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The iPadOS version does not meet the requirements (iPadOS 17.0+) or the AndroidOS version does not meet the requirements (AndroidOS 6.0+).

  • App Store download failed.

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure your tablet operating system version meets the requirements.

  2. Check whether the network connection is normal.

  3. Try restarting the device.

  4. Try downloading and installing from another network environment.
