Feature Usage Issues

Problem: Unable to quickly switch meeting platforms.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The corresponding meeting platform was not selected on the Host.

  • The assistive touch function on the Controller is not configured correctly (iPadOS).

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure the corresponding meeting platform has been selected on the Host.

  2. Make sure the assistive touch function has been configured correctly on the Controller (iPadOS).

  3. Restart the Host and Controller devices and try again.

Problem: Meeting room calendar integration is not working properly.

• Possible Reasons:

  • Host calendar binding failed.

  • Calendar permission settings are incorrect.

• Solutions:

  1. Re-bind the Host calendar.

  2. Check the calendar permission settings.

  3. Make sure there are meetings scheduled in the calendar you bound.

Problem: The virtual keyboard and mouse are not working properly.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The assistive touch function on the Controller is not configured correctly (iPadOS).

  • The current version does not support this feature (AndroidOS).

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure the assistive touch function has been configured correctly on the Controller (iPadOS).

  2. Confirm that the current version is VCA Pro or VCA Max.

1. Confirm that the current operating system is iPadOS. The Android system does not support the virtual keyboard and mouse function.

Problem: Wireless screen sharing does not work properly.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The device and the Host are not on the same network.

  • The device does not support screen projection protocols.

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure the device and the Host are on the same network.
     2. Try using other devices for projection testing.

Problem: The wireless BYOM function is not working properly.

• Possible Reasons:

  • The current version does not support this feature.

• Solutions:

  1. Make sure the current version is VCA Max.

  2. Restart Host and Controller
