  • Preparation:

    1. Make sure your macOS system version is Mojave 10.14 or higher.

    2. Download the VCA Host installation package (vca_latest.dmg) for macOS from our official website.

    3. Depending on your VCA version, install the corresponding video conferencing platform Rooms version program in advance:

       • Tencent Meeting Rooms: Download and install from https://meeting.tencent.com/download.

       • Zoom Rooms: Download and install from https://zoom.us/zh-cn/download.

  • Installation Steps:

    1. Double-click the downloaded installation package (vca_latest.dmg) to run the VCA installation program.

    2. Follow the prompts of the installation wizard to gradually complete the installation of VCA Host.

  • Initial Settings:

    1. After the installation is complete, run VCA Host.

    2. Follow the prompts to set the room name and location.

    3. Enter the license number you purchased to activate the VCA product.

    4. You will see a QR code or pairing code. This QR code/pairing code will be used when the Controller connects to the Host.

    • Note: If you are a VCA basic version user, you can use the basic functions of VCA after this step is completed.

  • Meeting Platform Configuration:

    1. On the VCA Host settings page, select the "Applications" tab.

    2. Select the meeting platform you need to use (such as Tencent Meeting Rooms, Zoom Rooms).

    3. Click "OK" to save the settings.

3. Depending on your VCA version, install the Rooms version of the videoconferencing platform in advance:
   * Tencent Conference Rooms: Download and install it from https://meeting.tencent.com/download.*
   Zoom Rooms: Download and install it from https://zoom.us/zh-cn/download.Installation
