iPadOS Controller Installation

    • Installation Steps:

      1. Make sure your iPad system version is iPadOS 17.0 or higher.

      2. On your iPad tablet, search and download the "VCA Controller" app from the App Store.

      3. Open the downloaded VCA Controller app.

      4. Follow the prompts, scan the pairing QR code displayed on the Host or enter the pairing code to connect the Controller to the Host.

      5. Note: For VCA Pro and VCA Max users, you also need to configure the assistive touch function in order to use the virtual keyboard and mouse and quick switching function. Please refer to the "4.1 Quick Switching Meeting Platform" and "4.3 Virtual Keyboard and Mouse" section for detailed steps.

      6. Configuration Wizard: VCA Controller provides a configuration wizard function. You can follow the prompts to complete basic configuration by using a personalized dialogue method.

AndroidOS Controller Installation

    4. Follow the prompts, scan the pairing QR code displayed on the Host or enter the pairing code to connect the Controller to the Host.

    • Note: The AndroidOS version of VCA Controller does not support the assistive touch function and doesn't provide a configuration wizard function.
