VCA (Video Conference Assistant): A software developed to enhance video conferencing room experiences.
Host: The VCA software installed on the computer host in the meeting room, responsible for running the video conferencing software and communicating with the Controller.
Controller: The VCA software installed on a tablet, used to control meetings and perform other auxiliary operations.
BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting): Refers to users joining meetings with their own devices and using the professional audio and video equipment in the meeting room.
VCA Cloud: A value-added service provided by VCA for remotely managing meeting room equipment.
Rooms version program: Refers to the version of the video conferencing platform specifically designed for meeting rooms, such as Tencent Meeting Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
