  • Controller: The VCA software installed on a tablet, used to control meetings and perform other auxiliary operations.

  • BYOM (Bring Your Own Meeting): Refers to users joining meetings with their own devices and using the professional audio and video equipment in the meeting room.

  • VCA Cloud: A value-added service provided by VCA for remotely managing meeting room equipment.

  • Rooms version program: Refers to the version of the video conferencing platform specifically designed for meeting rooms, such as Tencent Meeting Rooms and Zoom Rooms.
