Core Feature Experience

After completing the quick installation, you can immediately experience the core functions of VCA Pro:

• Quickly Switch Meeting Platforms:

  1. On the iPad tablet, click the meeting platform shortcut button provided by VCA Controller.

  2. VCA will automatically switch to the corresponding meeting platform, and launch the corresponding application on the Host. (All Versions)

• Meeting Room Calendar Integration:

  1. Bind the meeting room calendar in the Host settings.

  2. On the Controller, you can see the meeting room schedule and directly click the "Join Meeting" button. (VCA Pro, VCA Max)

• Virtual Keyboard and Mouse:

  1. Use the virtual keyboard and mouse on the Controller to control the Host. (VCA Pro, VCA Max)

• Wireless Screen Sharing:

  1. Make sure your device and the Host are on the same network.

  2. Select wireless screen sharing on your device and select VCA as the screen sharing target. (VCA Pro, VCA Max)

Note:

• The BYOM function is only available in the VCA Max version. If you want to experience it, please contact our sales team for upgrade information.

• The VCA basic version only provides the function of quickly switching meeting platforms and remote management of VCA Cloud. You can use the trial version to experience the complete functions, but please pay attention to choose the version that suits your needs when purchasing.
